As a member of our product team, you will report into the product management function, and drive feature definition of cloud-scale event management capabilities, covering event ingestion, normalization, correlation, escalation, incident management, and root cause analysis.


You will conceptualize core platform capabilities, define use cases, specifications and work closely with engineering on platform development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to own a key product pillar, work across multiple technology domains, be part of a talented team and build a next-generation IT operations management platform.


Requirements


  • Working Knowledge of monitoring systems and incident management
  • Expertise in building SaaS products for enterprises.
  • Experience with legacy or modern event management systems e.g. Netcool, BMC BEM, BigPanda, Moogsoft etc. is highly desired.
  • Understanding of statistics, machine learning, AI or data science is highly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
