OpsRamp is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager. As a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, you  will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will:

 

      Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Serve as OpsRamp’s primary Administrator for Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and improve upon sales tools and processes and analyze sales and marketing performance
  • Work closely with Marketing demand gen team to develop processes, campaigns, and ensure tools are synced between sales and marketing systems
  • Serve as primary liaison between Marketing and Sales operations teams
  • Design, implement, and enhance systems infrastructure & business processes to support a variety of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and publish a set of core sales and marketing metrics to achieve visibility on impact from the defined programs, and drive enhancements
  • Tactical Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Sales Operations to compile and verify Monthly and Quarter Business Review presentations for Sales Leaders and the executive staff
  • Verify weekly sales forecast rollups from sales reps and sales leaders
  • Assist sales reps with OpsRamp’s automated quote tool (Salesforce CPQ / SteelBrick)
  • Provide general support various sales teams and business partners in Marketing and Finance
  • Work closely with marketing demand generation team to implement, optimize, and measure programs around automation, scoring, and digital campaigns
  • Assume general administrative responsibilities for OpsRamp’s instances of Salesforce.com and marketing automation platform (MAP) (user creation, reporting generation, security configuration, etc.)

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent skill set
  • Marketing automation platforms administration experience
  • Experience with ABM and sales prospecting tools such as DiscoverOrg and Outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience building complex end-to-end Excel models
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint
  • BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent is preferred
