Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience of 7 to 8 years in IT Operations Management usage and deployment

 3 to 4 years of experience in deploying Infrastructure monitoring and management tools

for NOC services

 Experience in deploying IT-Operations management tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds,

CA suit, BMC suits etc.

 Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products wiith

a focus on the ITOM based products (discovery, service mapping, configuration

management, event management)

 Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software

development

 Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally

required

 Support sales of software and services through demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, and

customer presentations

 Enhance customer knowledge in IT Operations Management through trainings

 Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize
business results from OpsRamp platform
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
